I recently contacted Mike Arnone to have the roof on my two story home pressure cleaned. I was concerned about my landscaping near the house and some window canvass canopies... being damaged by the product utilized. Mike assured me it will not harm the landscape and that he would cover the canvass canopies. John Moreno came out and did the job. He introduced himself and explained the process and asked me if I had any questions or concerns and then began the work. Once John finished the roof he rinsed down the entire house to ensure there was no dirt on it from the roof. He then washed down all the pavers and driveway and directed the dirty water to a drain in the street. The roof came out excellent and I would highly recommend this company. Additionally, and equally as important Pressure Perfection is fully licensed and insured.read more

I have a 5 year old Barrel tiled roof that was looking a little dirty. My roof contractor who performs annual preventative maintenance on my roof recommended Pressure Perfection.... They use low pressure and a chemical treatment is placed to keep the roof clean. They were timely and very efficient. They are not inexpensive but you usually pay for what you get. I am very satisfied and will continue to use their service.read more

I had our barrel roof cleaned aprox 3 years ago. It still looks great. They got rid of the dirt and mold. Our roof was only maybe 5 years old at the time but there was a lot of... construction near our home and the tiles had all this black on the edge. Pressure Perfection has some cleaner that has lasted all this time and looks great still- will definetly use when I need another cleaning.read more

We had our roof cleaned with the Roof-A-Cide option, offered as a bleach alternative. The actual cleaning only lasted about 14 months. They used a pressure washer on our... shingle roof, removing a good portion of granulars, before applying the snake oil. My wife’s shrubs died a few weeks after the application. Find another company and never let a contractor spray copper sulfate onto your property, the heavy metals stay in the soil forever!☹️read more

Had them do my roof about 18 months ago and was told no mildew would come back for 2 years (guaranty). Well, it looked good at first but a few months ago the mildew came back and... has steadily gotten worse so it looks about the same as it did before I had the job done. Called to tell them about it and they didn't seem inclined to do anything. I will not hire them again.read more

If you do not use Pressure Perfection then you don’t know what you’re missing. I’ve used several power pressure companies and none measures to these guys including the technology... they’re using. These guys gave me exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to stop pressure cleaning my roof every 2 yrs and having to smell chlorine and put up with dying plants and grass. Mike... said that after the initial pressure cleaning all the roof would need to stay clean was a spraying of Algaecide...no more pressure cleaning! Great job!read more

Did a really nice job cleaning my tile roof, and still looks clean. My neighbor cleaned his roof at the same time about 6 months ago, and it needs to be cleaned again. The big... plus is no chlorine smell or all the plants and grass around the house being killed. Definitely worth the investment.read more

Great guys who take a lot of pride in what they do. Mike and Corey were on time and gave my roof its most thorough washing. I really like their cleaning process because they... don't use bleach so my family and I don't need to deal with the smell or repair grass and plant damage. I can not recommend them enough.
